  The building of the talent team is a key force for boosting the company’s self-innovation, science and technology progress and improving the corporate core competitive strength. We are creating a skillful, innovate and composite high-tier talent team with excellent quality, reasonable structure and sufficient quality with all our strength. The strategy of talent strengthening the enterprise is carried out in all aspects.


  To implement the strategy of “talent strengthening the enterprise” in all aspects, the company makes efforts to establish and perfect the talent training, selection and employment mechanism, focuses on the staff’s objective demands and the career planning at different stages, explores channels for each staff’s growing and makes the staff enjoy their respect and the life value through playing the human resources advantages. We award and encourage the staff with increasing salary, paid holiday, creating career development space and etc., extensively develop selecting outstanding staff, labor model, advanced worker, youth innovative talent, academic ad technical leader and etc., increase the spiritual and material award strengths and create the cultural environment for achieving excellent and being enterprising. 

  Building of the “3 talent teams”

  The company cares the staff’s career plan, actively explores growing channels, establishes

learning platforms, encourages becoming well-education through self-taught and working. At present, the company has shaped a strong talent team comprised of operation management, professional technology and operation skills.

  The company has 21 various training bases. In 2008, almost 1,000 senior managers, 15,000 business skeleton staff and almost 700 technicians were trained professionally; 32 senior managers were selected to study EMBA overseas, 63 business skeleton staff participated in the foreign audit and finance training, offered foreign language training to the reserved talents for overseas operation and built up high-quality teams with international views. The company holds transportation worker, borehole operator, atmospheric and vacuum device operator, catalyst and crack device operator, catalyst and reforming device operators and 12 types of job competition with listed staff over 1,400 persons, which mobilize the operators’ activity of learning technology and improving skills and become the platform for growing technical talents. There are 9 newly-increased national technical talents, and 19 technical experts are to be the first batch of workers enjoying the governmental subsidy, with number of persons ranking top in the enterprises affiliated to the central government.

 We have a staff team which is full of vigor and vitality, aggressive and contributed to the society. They are growing strongly and bringing new energy to the development of the enterprise. In 2008, 26 employees were awarded the national “Labor Day Medal”, 17 Units were awarded the national “Certificate of Merit on Labor Day”; 28 employees were awarded “Excellent Worker for National Corporate Culture on Celebration of the Opening up and Reform for 30 Years” by the National Corporate Culture Research Association, 18 units were awarded “Excellent Unit for National Corporate Culture on Celebration of the Opening up and Reform for 30 Years” by the National Corporate Culture Research Association”; 3 advanced root Party organizations, 4 excellent Party members and 4 excellent Party affairs worker were awarded by the Party Committee of the State Asset Committee of the State Council; 2 advanced collectives, 2 advanced root Party organizations, 4 advanced individuals and 2 excellent Party members were awarded by the State Asset Committee of the State Council due to outstanding performance in resisting the snow and freezing disasters.
