Petroleum and Chemical Industry Storage of Jiangsu JXPC Co., Ltd. is located at No.7, Xingang Avenue, Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone, is about 5km away from the Nanjing II Changjiang Bridge in the west, lies against the Yangtze River in the north and is surrounded by mountains and waters. The storage project is classified into 2 stages. The first stage covers a floor area of 17 Mu, with a total investment of 120 million yuan and depot volume of 13,100m3, inclusive of four diesel tanks with volume of 1,500m3 respectively, one gasoline tank with volume of 2,500m3, two gasoline tanks with volume of 2,000m3 respectively, one fire-fighting water tank with volume of 600m3 and three oil shipping locations with twelve oil shipping pipes. The supporting facilities include a liquid chemical wharf with capacity of 5,000 tons, a modern office building with six floors covering a construction areas of 2,000m2 and auxiliary workshops. Total investment of the second stage is RMB 380 million yuan, with a floor area of 108 Mu and depot volume of 122,000m3. There are four tank areas: twelve inner floating roof tanks with volume of 5,000m3 respectively for gasoline and diesel, fourteen inner floating roof tanks with volume of 3,000m3 respectively for gasoline and diesel, two carbon steel inner floating roof chemical tanks with volume of 2,000m3, five stainless steel inner floating roof chemical tanks with volume of 1,000m3 respectively, four carbon steel inner floating roof chemical tanks with volume of 1,000m3, one accidental emergency tank with volume of 3,000m3, two fire-fighting water tanks with volume of 2,000m3 respectively and 24 oil shipping locations covering 63 oil shipping pipes, and fire-fighting pump workshop, power distribution workshop and other auxiliary facilities. There is a special railway, which can load and unload 24 oil tank rolling stocks simultaneously. One wharf with capacity of 30 thousand tons concurrently 50 thousand tons is used to import and export oil and chemical products. With advanced equipments and the oil shipping control system adopting the most advanced Rosement products in China, appropriate design and planning, nice environment and forestation, complete construction formalities and operation qualification, the oil storage is advanced in China, becomes the leading petrochemical logistics center in Eastern China, plays the advantages of prime locations and strong functions and will become the import and export trade platform of finished oil in Eastern China and even the southeast coastal areas.
